Repair

Our in-house repair services include cleaning, welding, blasting, balancing, coating, non-destructive testing and precision machining. Our repair department also works closely with our engineering staff to devise and test component repair schemes which allow certain parts to continue in service, rather than being replaced. These specialty services can result in considerable cost savings to the customer.

Assembly      

All assembly procedures used by NGAST meet or exceed manufacturers recommendations. In other words, we will build your engine with precision and detail. During the assembly, numerous progressive inspections are conducted to insure that every OEM requirement is adhered to.


 

Engineering

When necessary, our expert engineering staff can generate specific engineering data, to adapt your gas turbine to unique applications. Additionally, our staff can assist the customer in resolving installation issues such as lubrication and gear reduction.   

Balancing

Balancing is done in-house with  state of the art American Hofmann equipment.

  As a final testament to serviceability, Nebraska Gas Turbine Inc. employs the use of its in-house, computer controlled test cell, capable of handling 6000 horsepower. The test cell and the computer generated reports are used as a final assurance that our customers valuable assets are ready to perform their intended function.
