Inspection
The unique and expert knowledge of our inspection team is
second to none in the gas turbine service and repair industry.
From the moment we receive a customer unit for service, or repair,
we employ the expertise of our inspection team to concentrate on
known problem areas which might otherwise go undetected by
less qualified personnel.
Precision
Experience has proven that precision is the key to gas turbine
engine longevity. We employ the latest measuring techniques to
insure that your engine component parts are held to manufacturers
tolerances. When tolerances can mean the difference between
meeting
TBO and premature removal, we opt to go the distance.
Our ultimate goal is to guarantee maximum power from your
engine, while generating the least wear and tear, between
engine
removals.
Testing
As a final testament to serviceability, Nebraska Gas Turbine
employs the use of its in-house computer monitored test cell,
capable
of handling 6000 horsepower. The test cell, and the
computer
generated reports are used as a final assurance that
our customers
valuable assets are ready to perform the desired
function.
